Designed for entertaining, this signature Walter Barda pavilion style home defines coastal luxury. Featuring 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite, a large rumpus and games room on the lower level and an expansive ground floor kitchen, lounge and dining all leading out to the beach. In a nod to the coastal setting, a large handcrafted surfboard pendant takes centre stage on the top level, while a custom hydraulic doors opens up from the basement giving direct access to the sand dunes.<\/p>\n
