NEW BUILDS
Project Overview
Originally a modest two-bedroom cottage, the home was transformed into a 4 bedroom, light-filled, low-maintenance sanctuary. The renovation involved lifting sloping floors, correcting skewed walls, and adding a second storey supported by steel side beams—avoiding internal structural walls to preserve openness in the narrow layout. The new design features exposed ceiling joists, VJ panelling, and ducted air conditioning that blends seamlessly with the interiors.
